Milestone Senior Services – Website Refresh
Milestone Senior Services has been supporting older adults in Southwest Michigan for over 60 years. But their previous website wasn’t truly built for the people who rely on them most—and it made even simple updates difficult for their team.
They needed a site that actually worked—for the people they serve and the team behind it.
We partnered with the Milestone team to create a more accessible, easy-to-navigate website that clearly communicates their services and supports seniors and caregivers in finding the help they need. Just as importantly, we built it in a way that gives their team the ability to manage content confidently—without delays or added costs.
Accessibility was a key focus throughout. The site was built to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards, ensuring a more inclusive experience for users of all abilities.
The result is a website that feels warm, clear, and easy to use—while providing a strong, sustainable foundation for both their audience and their team.
