Alongside – Website Refresh
Alongside provides counseling and care retreats for people in ministry, helping them stay rooted in their calling with renewed passion and hope. Their previous website had grown difficult to manage over time, with layered information, unclear navigation, and no intuitive way for visitors to understand what Alongside offers or how to take the next step.
They needed a warm, modern refresh that clearly communicates who they serve, what support looks like, and how to apply for a retreat — all without overwhelming the user.
We redesigned the website with a more thoughtful structure, simplified navigation, and clear pathways for visitors looking for help. The new layout reflects the heart of their mission: compassionate care for those who spend their lives caring for others. We also connected them with a branding photographer to elevate their visuals and strengthen the emotional connection their website creates.
Now their site is approachable, easy to understand, and much simpler for staff to update internally — empowering Alongside to reach and support more ministry leaders in need of care.
