Our client came back to us to implement web strategy so her content was more attractive to her ideal client. Offering a unique approach to counseling, it was important that her copy didn’t overwhelm her visitors, but instead resonated with them.
In addition to performing a strategy session with our client, we interviewed several of her clients to get “golden nuggets” that we could use in her website copy. Nothing speaks volumes more than people you’ve helped, as we can hone in on real life examples of pain points. If one person is dealing with something specific, someone else probably is, too. It’s SO important to have an outside-in perspective, and we absolutely love this approach – because your website is not about you, but your potential client.
