Google To Penalize Non-Mobile Optimized Sites

Table of Contents

google

Up until recently, a responsive (mobile-optimized) website was a “nice to have” option. Now, it is a “need to have” necessity! Google recently announced a new change in their algorithms in the coming months that will directly affect sites that do not cater to mobile device users. If that’s your site – your search rankings will be penalized. This is not to be a pain in the butt, but more importantly to make sure your site is offering the best option available for the information the user is seeking. If your competitors are offering this option and you aren’t, be prepared for your organic traffic metric to decrease.

Don’t let your website take the hit! Transfer to a managed website from Small Business DESIGN Solutions and keep (or improve) your ranking.
